Robot cushioned foot
1. The cushioning pads are made of rubber, and materials such as nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, and silicone rubber can be selected. A vulcanization process is employed. The raw rubber is thoroughly mixed and kneaded, then heated in a mold at a high temperature of 175°C and held under pressure at 10 tons for 200 seconds, ensuring excellent elasticity, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance. The final product is formed through a multi-step composite molding process.

Product Description
Product Introduction
2. Plastic protective casing: A key protective component used on the surface of humanoid robots. Made from plastic materials, it is injection-molded using high-strength nylons such as 70G43L, PA66, and GS-51. The nylon particles are heated to 220°C, injected into the mold by an injection molding machine, and then allowed to cool under pressure for shaping and surface finishing. This casing boasts exceptional wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
Technical Parameters
Shore hardness HA75-80°;
The wear resistance reaches below 0.3 mm, the fatigue resistance reaches 100,000 cycles, and the 45° bending deformation is less than 20%.
The tolerance for the mating of the installation parts reaches 0.1 mm, and the surface roughness is 3.2 μm.
