Product Introduction

Installed at the joint between the wheels and the vehicle body/frame, it can rapidly dissipate energy, preventing continuous vibrations of the vehicle body and thereby ensuring ride comfort and stability.

 

Technical Parameters

(1) Damping Force Test: At velocity points of 0.1 m/s and 0.3 m/s, the damping force meets the customer’s requirements;
(2) Mud and water durability: After 2.5 million cycles, the shock absorber shows no oil leakage, and all components remain normal;
(3) High-speed durability of the valve system: After 500,000 cycles, the shock absorber exhibits no abnormal noises, and the valve system remains free from cracking;
(4) Bench Durability: After 500,000 cycles, the variation rates of the restored damping force and compression damping force shall be no more than 25%; the variation rate of the gas rebound force shall be no more than 50%. There shall be no oil leakage, and the oil mist loss shall not exceed 15% of the amount of oil added;
(5) Noise Test: At a speed of 0.1 m/s, the noise level is less than 60 dB; at a speed of 0.3 m/s, the noise level is less than 65 dB.
