Technical Parameters
Clean the internal cavity: The total mass of impurities on the inner walls of the parts ≤ 50 mg/㎡, and the maximum outer dimension of impurity particles ≤ 0.5 mm.
Sealing performance of the assembly: At an air pressure of 1 MPa, the gas leakage rate shall be ≤20 ml/min.
Withstand Pressure Strength: Under a pressure five times the rated working pressure, the gas cylinder shell shall not exhibit any cracks, and the circumferential permanent deformation shall not exceed 1%.
