Linear joint module assembly
The humanoid robot’s linear joint module features highly integrated drive, transmission, and sensing—three core modules. Through deep collaboration among these modules, it achieves precise linear displacement via a lead screw, providing stable power support and accurate motion control for the humanoid robot’s walking, standing, grasping, and other movements. This module can not only handle load requirements ranging from 500 to 8,000 N at joints such as the wrist, elbow, knee, and hip, but also precisely accommodate the linear velocity requirements of 50 to 300 mm/s needed for joint motions.
