Product Introduction

It consists of a propeller shaft with an intermediate support combined with a propeller shaft equipped with a sliding joint.

The two shafts are connected by a Hook’s joint in the middle. This assembly can transmit torque and compensate for changes in the position and angle of the transmission and rear axle during vehicle motion.

Technical Parameters

1. The assembly’s yield torque ≥ 44,000 N·m;
2. Rotational speed: 2500 rpm; residual unbalance ≤ 80 g·cm；
3. Torsional Fatigue Endurance Requirement: Under the rated load torque, the median life shall be ≥200,000 cycles; evaluation torque: 22,000 N·m；
4. Universal joint durability requirements: Under an installation angle of 7 degrees, the universal joint must withstand the evaluation torque and number of cycles specified below. Evaluation torque: 14,300 N·m; Number of cycles: 2,000,000.
