Implementation of the Labor Contract Law:The Company fully fulfills its obligations as an employer and strictly implements the Labor Contract Law, clearly defining the shared development goals of the Company and its employees. The Labor Dispute Mediation Committee plays an active role in resolving labor disputes in a timely manner, effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of both the Company and its employees.We continue to strengthen internal policies and procedures. Management systems that involve employees’ vital interests are formulated and implemented through democratic consultation and public disclosure processes, accompanied by employee training. To date, the Company has established more than 40 internal policies related to employee rights protection, including the Employee Rights Protection Management Policy and the Compensation Management Policy.
