Safety Management:In accordance with the requirements of the Work Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China and other applicable laws and regulations, the Company has revised and improved its safety management systems, further strengthening its occupational health and safety (OHS) and environmental management frameworks.The Company has successfully passed ongoing surveillance audits for its Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications, and has continuously implemented safety supervision, inspections, and training programs. Safety management practices have been progressively institutionalized and standardized, in strict alignment with the principle of “Safety First, Prevention-Oriented, and Comprehensive Management.”Leveraging the Company’s Digital and Intelligent Innovation Center, safety management is promoted at all organizational levels, with a strong emphasis on reinforcing foundational safety practices. The Company conducts frequent inspections of front line units, focusing on production site safety facilities, safety management practices, hazardous chemicals control, personal protective equipment (PPE), and fire protection. These efforts enhance employees’ safety awareness and reinforce compliance with operational safety procedures.Safety hazards identified during inspections are documented through corrective action notices, rectified within specified timelines, and subject to follow-up reviews, significantly improving the Company’s overall safety management performance.
Safety Training:The Company has implemented a full-coverage safety responsibility system, clearly defining safety accountability at all levels and adopting safety production target management. Safety education and awareness initiatives are carried out on an ongoing basis.All principal executives and safety management personnel receive safety and fire protection training and obtain certified safety management qualifications. All newly hired employees complete three-tier safety training, with a minimum of 24 training hours.Routine safety training is strengthened through monthly company-level safety training sessions, along with regular accident case studies and safety education at both department and team levels.The Company strictly manages personnel engaged in special operations, providing certification training for roles including special equipment supervisors, high- and low-voltage electricians, forklift operators, crane operators, welding and thermal cutting personnel, and equipment managers. The certification compliance rate for special operations positions is 100%.
Emergency Response Drill: The Company establishes comprehensive emergency response drill plans and conducts exercises accordingly. Based on actual operational conditions, activities include company-wide fire safety training and drills, specialized emergency drills for hazardous chemical leakage, and response drills for press machine accidents are carried out. These exercises significantly enhance employees’ on-site response and emergency rescue capabilities in the event of sudden accidents.
Safety Investment: The Company improves safety infrastructure, invests in protective facilities, eliminates potential safety hazards, maintains micro fire stations, enhances safety education and training, improves working conditions, and safeguarding employee health.
Employee Protection & Work Injury Reporting Procedures: The Company routinely provides personal protective equipment (PPE) to employees. Regular occupational health examinations are conducted to ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, in strict accordance with the Wanxiang Qianchao Co., Ltd. Safety Management System. Comprehensive procedures for the investigation and handling of work-related injuries and occupational diseases are established, enabling prompt and effective incident response while fully protecting employee rights and interests.
