Energy & Environmental Management

Through continuous technological innovation, intelligent equipment upgrades, and “One-Piece Flow” intelligent manufacturing, the Company develops aluminum alloy components via "machine substitution" to achieve product lightweighting, effectively realizing “four reductions and two improvements”—reducing material usage, energy consumption, emissions, and labor intensity while improving efficiency and quality. Guided by advanced technologies, equipment, and management standards, the Company further achieves energy conservation, emission reduction, cost optimization, and environmental protection, ensuring sustainable development.

 

By optimizing production layout and learning from lean production models of leading international enterprises, the Company continuously refines production management processes, pursuing excellence through sustained improvement. The ongoing implementation of the “One-Piece Flow” intelligent manufacturing model improves raw material utilization and reduces energy consumption, keeping environmental impacts at industry-leading levels. The Company actively promotes clean production and establishes a long-term environmental management mechanism.

 

The Company strictly complies with environmental protection policies and industry standards. It formulates an environmental self-monitoring programs and emergency response and increases investment in environmental governance and protection. All new projects have completed environmental impact assessments in accordance with national environmental protection laws and regulations, and corresponding environmental protection facilities have been designed, constructed and put into production and use concurrently with the main projects.In accordance with applicable laws, standards, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System requirements, the Company ensures proper handling of hazardous and general waste and strictly implements the waste transfer manifest system. The Company maintains  full awareness of all pollution sources, including their quantities, emission volumes, and discharge destinations. Pollution control facilities are regularly monitored, maintained, and upgraded to continually refine environmental management practices. Regular testing of wastewater, waste gas, and solid waste  (“three wastes”)    consistently confirms compliance with emission standards.

 

The Company conducts two-tier environmental training programs, promotes awareness and study of  environmental laws and regulations, and performs quarterly environmental management system audits. Improvement suggestions are proposed for environmentally impactful behaviors, and a reward-and-penalty mechanism is implemented to enhance employees’ environmental awareness.
