Test data show that the temperature difference during system cycling can be controlled within 3℃, and the thermal runaway early-warning time is 10 minutes earlier than conventional temperature alarms. Key performance indicators such as the hydraulic fluid volume required by the front and rear calipers, drag torque, and deformation levels all surpass industry benchmarks. This product employs a flashless forging process, breaking through the traditional bottleneck of insufficient material utilization—typically below 70%—and boosting material utilization to as high as 98%. At the same time, the flashless process fully preserves the metal flow lines. Combined with a specially optimized tempering process, it successfully addresses the industry challenge of easy cracking in conventional forged parts after tempering, further enhancing the internal microstructural stability of the material and endowing the product with outstanding structural and mechanical performance. Thanks to precise process control, the dimensional tolerances for the forged components are tightly maintained within ±0.5 mm, ensuring perfect fit and compatibility with all injector assembly components and comprehensively meeting critical performance requirements such as structural strength, sealing, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance. The product has been granted an invention patent for “A Molding Die for Injector Bodies,” filling a technological gap in China’s precision forging of high-end injector housings.
