On September 12, the "Gathering Strength into a Tide, Sharing a Common Mission" — Wanxiang Qianchao Equity Incentive Granting Ceremony was solemnly held in the Wanxiang Multi-purpose Hall.

Participants eligible to exercise their options include the company’s management team, engineering and technical personnel, and core members of functional departments. Guided by “time-based and quantified target management,” the final number of shares exercisable will be determined based on the company’s performance, individual contributions, and overall job performance.

Pan Wenbiao, Vice Chairman of Wanxiang Qianchao, Chen Liao, General Manager, Wen Chao, Secretary of the Board, and two employee representatives jointly touched the crystal ball, officially launching the equity incentive award ceremony for Wanxiang Qianchao. Pan Wenbiao presented the equity award certificates to the employee representatives. More than 400 people, including assistant general managers and above from various companies, heads of human resources departments, and eligible recipients of the incentive, attended the ceremony both online and offline, collectively witnessing this significant moment.

Ni Pin, Chairman of Wanxiang Qianchao, participated in and delivered a speech via video.
