Wanxiang Qianchao Selected for the 2023 "Zhejiang Standard"

Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation issued a notice stating that, following third-party evaluations and public announcements, the T/ZZB 0105-2016 standard for "Automotive Universal Joint Cross Shaft Assembly" developed by Wanxiang Qianchao Co., Ltd. has been designated as a "Zhejiang Standard" for 2023.
“Zhejiang Standards” refer to advanced, high-quality, and highly efficient standards formulated by this province that embody elements of technological innovation, meet the demands of high-quality development, and reflect the characteristics of common prosperity. The standards subject to evaluation include currently valid local standards, group standards, and enterprise standards developed within this province. The evaluation is conducted every two years, and this year marks the first round of such evaluations. Standards recognized as “Zhejiang Standards” may use the “Zhejiang Standards” logo in relevant promotional activities conducted by their respective organizations.
The T/ZZB 0105-2016 standard, "Automotive Universal Joint Cross Shaft Assembly," was independently drafted by Wanxiang Qianchao. It specifies the terms and definitions, symbols, structural types, assembly codes, basic requirements, technical requirements, testing and inspection methods, inspection rules, markings, rust prevention, packaging, transportation and storage, as well as quality commitments for automotive universal joint cross shaft assemblies.
This standard was developed in accordance with the requirements of the first batch of “Made in Zhejiang” standard revision and formulation plan issued by the Zhejiang Manufacturing Brand Promotion Association of Zhejiang Province in 2016, and was approved as a group standard for “Made in Zhejiang” in September of that year. The standard focuses on next-generation automotive universal joint products characterized by high strength, environmental friendliness, and high reliability, as well as their industrialization technologies. It can guide enterprises in conducting technical research related to the development and application of automotive universal joints, product design and R&D, process manufacturing, and testing methods for automotive transmission systems. By fostering innovation and development across upstream and downstream industrial chains and related vehicle component technologies, this standard will play a vital role in promoting high-quality development within the industry.
