Recently, the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang Province released the list of “Specialized, Fine, Distinctive, and New” SMEs in Zhejiang Province for 2022, and Qianchao Bearing Co., Ltd. was included on the list.

Qianchao Bearing is a specialized manufacturer of tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, and ball bearings under the Wanxiang Qianchao brand. After more than 30 years of development, it has become one of the largest domestic manufacturing bases for tapered roller bearings. Its products are also among the key drivers of Wanxiang Qianchao’s specialized and high-quality development. The products are widely used in critical automotive components such as axles and transmissions, as well as in precision machine tool spindles. The series of bearings developed and manufactured by the company boast advantages including high rotational speed, long service life, low noise, high precision, high load capacity, and lightweight design, giving them a specialized edge in niche markets.

Through extreme-speed and high-speed durability tests, these bearings have reached internationally advanced standards. Jiangsu Qianchao Bearing’s two specialized grinding and superfinishing lines for ball bearings, along with its automated assembly line, are set to reach full production capacity this March, creating an annual production capacity of 2 million sets of high-speed ball bearings.
