The Universal Joint Plant focuses on improving quality and expanding volume of core products, accelerating cutting-edge innovation deployment and digital transformation, thereby building momentum for high-quality development. Its portfolio of advantageous products has performed exceptionally well, with core product lines such as precision bearings, split differential shafts, planet shafts, tripod universal joints, and lead screws all driving steady growth in output value. Leveraging these core products to secure a stable growth foundation, the plant is rapidly advancing into emerging sectors, with full-scale R&D of humanoid robot-related products. A number of digital transformation projects (such as the QC141-SP000 product linking line, the 105-7715 product grinding and packaging line, and the energy-saving constant-temperature constant-pressure intelligent control retrofit for the forging center's circulating water pump) have also been successfully implemented, injecting new momentum for future development.

Jiangsu Qianchao Bearing deeply cultivates the new energy vehicle bearing market, leveraging digital and smart construction to empower its production operations. The company has completed the deployment of hardware and software for MES and WMS digital systems, enabling real-time monitoring of production data, effectively improving production efficiency and problem response times. At the same time, relying on a production-sales collaboration mechanism, it continuously optimizes grinding and assembly scheduling. It has successively launched an automated assembly line for deep groove ball bearings, an automated grinding line (one-flow), and an automated production line for double-end grinders, and has built a Class 100,000 clean assembly workshop and a standardized metrology room, helping to upgrade both production capacity and product quality.
