The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has released its 2025 Green Manufacturing List. Zhejiang Wanxiang Precision Co., Ltd. and Henan Qianchao Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. have been awarded the title of National Green Factory, adding another "national-level" green credential to the companies' development.

A National Green Factory refers to an enterprise that achieves intensive land use, non-hazardous raw materials, clean production, waste resource utilization, and low-carbon energy use. Certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, this designation represents an enterprise's comprehensive strength and industry-leading position in green manufacturing.

Wanxiang Precision

From Source to End Point, Creating a Systematic Green Manufacturing Benchmark

Wanxiang Precision integrates green development concepts throughout the entire chain of product R&D, production operations, and resource circulation, achieving systematic green upgrades from design to end product.

Guided by green design, the company optimizes structures to reduce product weight. It has established a full lifecycle database and information system covering R&D design, material procurement, manufacturing, sales, and recycling, enabling shared data for green design and manufacturing. Based on this, the company has successfully developed lightweight hub bearings, with end-face drive type products reducing weight by 10% and tapered type products by 15%, effectively lowering raw material consumption.

Implementing a green energy strategy, the company procures green electricity on a large scale. It has built a 6.3 MW distributed photovoltaic power station, with carbon emissions per unit of output value as low as 0.125 tons/10,000 yuan. Additionally, an integrated energy management and control system enables precise analysis and intelligent decision-making regarding energy consumption at the factory, workshop, and production line levels, comprehensively improving energy efficiency.

Deepening efficient resource utilization, the company promotes circular economy and carbon reduction. It uses a centralized cutting fluid supply and separation system, significantly improving cutting fluid recycling efficiency and saving 50 tons of cutting fluid annually. By adopting a continuous high-frequency pulse high-voltage electrostatic adsorption system for filtration equipment, the waste oil recycling and reuse rate reaches 65%, saving nearly 50 tons of super-refined oil annually. The company's comprehensive solid waste utilization rate reaches 100%, achieving efficient resource recycling.

Henan Qianchao Intelligent Manufacturing

Technology-Driven, Promoting Tangible Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction

Henan Qianchao Intelligent Manufacturing uses technological innovation as an engine, focusing on energy conservation, clean production, and digital control to fully realize its green development goals.

Optimizing the energy structure, photovoltaic power injects green momentum. The company has built a 1.6 MW distributed photovoltaic power generation project covering approximately 26,000 square meters of roof space, generating an average of about 1.59 million kWh annually and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by over 850 tons each year, supplying clean, renewable green energy for production operations.

Building a digital energy-carbon management system, the company has established a smart control mechanism. The digital energy-carbon management system focuses on real-time monitoring, analysis, and intelligent control of energy use and carbon emissions, providing data support for production process optimization and refined energy management, achieving a reduction in total energy and carbon across the entire process and all business areas.

Innovating technology applications, the company explores energy saving and emission reduction potential. It has implemented an air compressor waste heat recovery and utilization project, using high-efficiency heat exchange technology to recover waste heat for production and domestic hot water, effectively improving overall energy efficiency. The company's independently developed brake disc spraying equipment and process effectively removes impurities and pre-dries the coating, significantly reducing coating waste and exhaust emissions.
