As of April 2024, the company has conducted several company-level training programs, including training on capacity enhancement for Wanxiang Qianchao, training on quality planning and control for Wanxiang Qianchao’s early-stage development, training aimed at enhancing Wanxiang Qianchao’s “intelligent manufacturing” capabilities by taking the development of lighthouse factories as a driving force, training on special processes and heat treatment technologies for Wanxiang Qianchao’s CQ1-9 products, and lean digitalization training for Wanxiang Qianchao.

Li Shihao, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ningwei Subdistrict, visited Wanxiang Qianchao to extend condolences to model workers and artisans.

On International Women's Day 2024, the company organized a variety of colorful activities to celebrate Women's Day.
