Qianchao Intelligent Manufacturing (Wuhu) Co., Ltd. successfully passed the access audit for German brand D in 2023 and secured a designated project contract. Currently, the company has smoothly begun delivering small-batch supplies. This marks the first breakthrough for the constant-velocity drive shaft business segment within the German brand D.
As a key player in the Chinese automotive market, Brand D has extremely stringent audit standards for its suppliers, covering multiple aspects such as product quality, production processes, and management systems. Recently, Brand D and Neapco’s representatives once again visited Wuhu Qianchao Intelligent Manufacturing for business exchanges. Accompanied by Pan Wenbiao, Vice Chairman of Wanxiang Qianchao, and Qiu Bentao, General Manager of Wuhu Qianchao Intelligent Manufacturing, they conducted an on-site inspection of the company’s comprehensive manufacturing capabilities, thoroughly examining the production facilities and the control over the manufacturing process. On this basis, they explored potential opportunities for developing new business ventures.

Since the project was designated last year, Wuhu Qianchao Intelligent Manufacturing has conducted a comprehensive review and rectification of issues identified during the audit process. The company established a special rectification task force that developed targeted corrective measures for each specific issue, set clear deadlines for rectification, and assigned responsibility to specific individuals. The task force regularly conducts self-audits and preliminary reviews, ensuring accountability is firmly enforced at every level. Every day, team members visit the workshops to identify problems and devise solutions, providing daily morning and evening updates on the latest progress in rectification efforts, striving to nip potential issues in the bud as early as possible. With the concerted efforts of everyone in the company, after more than a year of hard work, the rectification has been successfully completed. The production lines now boast a high degree of automation, and workshop 5S management has reached a highly standardized level, fully meeting the stringent requirements of a temperature-controlled precision assembly workshop. The company’s responsible attitude and professional capabilities have left a deep impression on its clients.
During the exchange, Vice Chairman Pan Wenbiao emphasized: “It’s not scary when problems arise—rather, problems present opportunities for learning. Successfully resolving these issues is an opportunity for growth.” Moving forward, Wuhu Qianchao Intelligent Manufacturing will continue to thoroughly analyze and review the issues identified during audits, persistently conduct self-inspections and self-corrections to address potential risks in production and operations, optimize quality management systems, and strengthen both operational efficiency and product quality. This comprehensive approach will lay a solid foundation for delivering large-scale supplies to the D brand. The company will also delve deeper into application research on automotive constant-velocity drive shafts, promoting intelligent upgrades to product processes and production lines, thereby providing customers with higher-quality products and services, earning greater customer satisfaction and trust, and steadily advancing toward its goal of becoming “China’s No. 1 and among the top three globally.”
