In response to Wanxiang Qianchao’s intelligent chassis strategy, the constant-velocity drive shaft factory is seizing the rapid development opportunities in the air suspension industry and actively deploying an industrialization project for air springs. In terms of product design, we have completed integrated computing, digital model structure development, 2D drawing creation, and CAE analysis. In terms of testing, all tests have passed according to the prescribed standards and meet the verification requirements of OEMs. Regarding prototype production, we have completed the first and second rounds of prototyping and testing; the self-made products have already been installed on vehicles for road tests and are about to enter the industrialization phase. Air springs are critical actuating components of intelligent chassis suspension systems. Developing this product will further strengthen and expand the intelligent chassis suspension system industry, create new growth areas, and enhance the company’s overall competitiveness.
Wanxiang Jinggong revolutionizes electromechanical braking technology, setting a new standard for intelligent braking.

Wanxiang Jinggong, in collaboration with the Wanxiang Qianchao Technology Center, has launched the Electronic Mechanical Brake System (EMB). The EMB is a cutting-edge technology for the era of new-energy vehicles and intelligent driving, replacing traditional hydraulic braking with electrically controlled braking. This product boasts several core advantages: high-efficiency response, short braking distance, and enhanced driving safety; environmental friendliness and energy efficiency, completely eliminating hydraulic oil pollution; intelligent scalability, compatible with EPB/ESC/ADAS functions, and supporting L2-L4 autonomous driving; simplified structural design, reducing system complexity and maintenance costs; capable of operating in extreme environments ranging from -40℃ to 120℃, with a designed service life exceeding one million cycles, and supporting customized cylinder diameters and installation dimensions. Currently, real-vehicle testing of the all-dry four-wheel EMB has been completed, and its basic braking functions have been successfully verified.
