With a sense of ownership, Wanxiang employees continue to study and implement the spirit of Lu Weiding’s “July 1st” Party class and “August 7th” speech in their practice of the Three Innovations.

Lu Weiding, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, delivered a special Party lesson at the Commemorative Conference Celebrating the 104th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China and the “Wanxiang Enterprise July 1st Party Class.” He also delivered an important speech at the conference celebrating Wanxiang’s 56th anniversary of entrepreneurship, sparking an enthusiastic response among employees. All companies, departments, and work teams promptly organized study sessions and implementation efforts. With an even stronger sense of ownership and initiative, Wanxiang employees are fully committed to the practice of “Three Innovations,” writing a new chapter of high-quality development.
Firmly believe and seize the technological high ground.

Guo Quan is the Deputy Manager of the Product Innovation Department at Wanxiang Precision Engineering. He is primarily responsible for product design and development, solving technical challenges, and ensuring the stable mass production of projects. As an “Outstanding Communist Party Member” of Wanxiang Group for 2025, Guo Quan’s greatest takeaway from studying the July 1st Party class and the July 8th speech is this: “We must continuously advance technological innovation—dare to think boldly, act with firm conviction, and courageously tackle difficult problems. Only by leveraging our technological edge can we break into new markets and usher in a brand-new era of industry development.” Guo Quan led the company’s first project involving high-end, luxury vehicle OEM components. Faced with demanding requirements for new materials, high strength, and high elongation, he and his colleagues rose to the challenge, learning from repeated failures and meticulously analyzing the root causes until they finally developed a process that met all specifications. The project ultimately won high praise from customers. His hands-on experience has enabled Guo Quan to deeply appreciate the Chairman’s advocacy for “owner consciousness” and the call for “leading the way in scientific and technological innovation.” With even greater conviction, Guo Quan will continue to push beyond conventional thinking when confronted with technical challenges, bravely tackling tough problems and seizing the technological high ground. At the same time, he will focus on cultivating the technical team, encouraging everyone to be proactive in innovation, dare to experiment and take risks, and work together through concrete actions to drive the company’s technological advancement.
Party building unites hearts and refines a vanguard team.

Yang Xiuxiang is the HR specialist at Dading Oil Storage. While handling HR duties, she also takes on Party-related work. After studying the “July 1st” Party class and the spirit of the “July 8th” speech, Yang Xiuxiang deeply realized that we must use HR work as a pivotal point and Party building as a connecting link to inspire all employees to strive for excellence, pursue outstanding performance, and shine brightly. In this way, the “owner’s will and sense of ownership” can become the intrinsic driving force behind the company’s development. She plans to implement this vision in three key areas: First, in HR work, she will continuously optimize the talent recruitment plan, actively recruit promising students from universities to build a reserve talent pool, deepen the alignment between the training system and strategic goals, and constantly refine the performance incentive mechanism to unlock the full potential of every employee. Through meticulous daily management, she will ensure that the “sense of ownership” takes root and flourishes throughout the entire process—from selection and development to deployment and retention. Second, in Party work, she will innovate activity formats by introducing a “self-reflection on original aspirations” component into red education initiatives, strengthening talent exchanges through joint Party building efforts, and telling compelling stories of responsibility through public welfare activities. Third, she will promote the deep integration of Party building with business operations, aligning the “striving” requirements with actual job responsibilities, transforming the vanguard role of Party members into a powerful driving force for tackling tough challenges, and embedding the “sense of ownership” into every detail of our work, thereby injecting vibrant red energy into the company’s development.
AI-powered enhancement of service efficiency

Li Chao is responsible for administrative management, meeting management, and follow-up on decision-making. After studying the Party’s “July 1st” lecture and the spirit of the “July 8th” speech, he deeply realized that in this wave of new technology adoption in the property management industry, “striving for excellence, striving for superiority, and striving for distinction” is not only a personal guideline but also an effective path to enhancing service efficiency in projects. We must forge ahead with a sense of ownership andsense of ownership, constantly striving for excellence and maintaining our pioneering spirit through superior service. Given the high time sensitivity, specialized professional knowledge requirements, and strong alignment with AI applications characteristic of frontline service scenarios such as customer service in residential communities, he proactively learned AIGC technologies and conducted training on scenario-based applications of AI tools. Targeting the threefold goal of “being able to use the tools, becoming accustomed to using them, and using them effectively,” he prepared detailed manuals with step-by-step operational guidelines to help frontline service staff quickly get up to speed. He has also been exploring AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of meeting minutes and is expanding their application to other business areas, such as monthly service reports. As a young employee, he stated that we must strive to be pioneers when tackling challenging tasks, excel in practical work, and stand out in innovative endeavors. Taking “striving for excellence, striving for superiority, and striving for distinction” as our guiding sails and “a sense of ownership andsense of ownership” as our rudder, we should rise to the occasion, go all out, and integrate our individual work practices into the collective endeavor of Wanhui’s high-quality development.
Driven by innovation, leading industrial upgrading.

Qin Zhengxuan is the Assistant General Manager and Plant Director of the Bioproducts Processing Facility at Dayang Shijia Youpin Company. After studying the Party’s “July 1st” lecture and the spirit of the “July 8th” speech, he stated: “Innovation stems from persistent and sustained exploration. The development of marine bioproducts represents the final piece in our company’s ‘one-fish’ full-industry-chain system. As long as we stay true to our original aspirations, dare to explore, and make steady, incremental breakthroughs, we will surely put this missing piece together.” At the strategic planning level, he plans to deepen market insights, dynamically track industry policies and technological trends, and establish a risk early-warning mechanism. In production and operations, he will lead his team to expand raw-material sourcing channels, refine fish oil, and delve into purification technologies to boost output value and strengthen product branding. He will also build a comprehensive quality-control system covering the entire process, introduce advanced testing equipment, optimize workflows, and enhance both production efficiency and product quality. Meanwhile, he will continue to focus on market expansion: leveraging user relationship management systems to provide personalized services and foster repeat collaborations; developing targeted strategies to attract new customers through trade shows and online marketing; clarifying brand positioning and values, standardizing visual identity design, and intensifying communication and promotion efforts. On this new journey, Qin Zhengxuan will lead his team to innovate and strive for excellence, driving Dayang Shijia’s growth in the bioproducts sector and achieving both strategic goals and employee fulfillment.
Everyone is responsible—strictly uphold the quality defense line.

The cold-extrusion team in the forging section of the universal joint factory is primarily responsible for the forging and forming processes of components such as cross shafts and bushings, serving as the first line of defense to ensure product quality. After studying the spirit of the “July 1st” Party class and the “July 8th” speech, the team has come to deeply appreciate the importance of “responsibility.” A sense of responsibility is the external manifestation of ownership consciousness—a bridge that transforms cognition into action. Only with a strong sense of responsibility will one proactively strive to do things well and naturally seek to take the lead. And in the process of striving to excel, doing each step thoroughly is the best embodiment of responsibility. The team will put the spirit of the Party class and the speech into practice through concrete actions, taking full responsibility for their posts and ensuring product quality. They will create real value through diligence and innovation: specifically, setting targets and standards—such as reducing the defect rate by another 0.5% and cutting energy consumption by another 5%. The team’s goals will be broken down and assigned to individual members, with progress publicly displayed on kanban boards to ensure that “every task has someone monitoring it and every item has a clear owner.” Team members will be encouraged to propose optimization suggestions, fostering an atmosphere where “everyone strives to excel and every task shows continuous improvement.” Furthermore, the team will continuously optimize work processes, eliminating redundant steps to ensure that each task can be “quickly initiated and swiftly implemented.”
Three points in a straight line—let every star shine.

In his speech, Chairman Lu Weiding emphasized that the company must create every possible condition to achieve a perfect match between employees’ passions, strengths, and the organization’s needs—a “three-point alignment” that ensures “every star shines.” The Human Resources Department of the Transmission Shaft Company has taken up the spirit of the chairman’s remarks, fostering a sense of ownership throughout the team. Employees are encouraged to hone their expertise through passion and share in the fruits of their efforts through hard work: optimizing person-job matching, refining job requirements, clearly defining core responsibilities and “hard skills,” and introducing new soft indicators such as “innovation potential” to ensure alignment with the company’s talent strategy. The department also conducts dynamic talent assessments on a quarterly basis, evaluating employees’ competencies and career interests, and pairs these assessments with job rotation programs, enabling employees to fully leverage their strengths in areas where they are both passionate and skilled. Furthermore, the company has established a tiered development system and implemented a “mentorship” program, ensuring the transmission of corporate spirit and professional skills. Key employees receive specialized training in digital transformation, BIQS, financial compliance, and other relevant areas based on their respective functions. Through a variety of measures, the company actively encourages employees to create value—for instance, by simultaneously offering incentives and empowering employees, and by establishing a dedicated “Technical Expert” track. Employees who submit proposals for technological innovation, quality assurance, or safety improvements can earn bonus rewards. Moving forward, the Transmission Shaft Company will continue to deepen its “three-point alignment” approach to person-job matching, complete full coverage of the qualification framework, and ensure that each employee is placed in a role that best suits their talents and abilities.
Unite as one and solidify the foundation of safety.

The Level-2 Shift Team of the Dachen Wind Farm is responsible for monitoring wind farm equipment, conducting patrols, supervising operations and maintenance, identifying and addressing potential hazards, and adjusting operational procedures. The team has diligently studied the Party’s “July 1st” lecture and the “August 7th” speech, deeply resonating with the concept of “striving for excellence.” With a sense of ownership and the commitment to “never letting down our guard,” the team will wholeheartedly embrace the mission of green energy—generating more power, generating high-quality power, and transforming the drive for excellence into concrete actions and responsibilities in every kilowatt-hour generated. We will put into practice “excellence in talent development” by building a robust talent pool, providing regular professional training, and continuously learning cutting-edge technologies through expert lectures and online seminars, thereby laying a solid foundation for the company’s growth. We will also implement “excellence in management” by clearly assigning responsibilities to individuals, effectively managing the team, ensuring that everyone has tasks to perform and every task has an owner, and establishing a highly efficient and collaborative working model. Furthermore, we will deepen “excellence in safety”—in the face of the island’s complex and ever-changing weather conditions, our team remains on the front lines, proactively preparing for all eventualities and rigorously carrying out preventive measures against lightning strikes, flooding, fires, and typhoons. We will enhance the safety awareness of all staff members, guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of the wind farm and the continuous supply of electricity.
