Planetary roller screw (forearm)

Applied to the forearm of humanoid robots, this planetary ball screw is a cutting-edge transmission component that integrates high precision, high rigidity, high load capacity, long service life, and a compact structure. Available in diameters ranging from 12 to 20 mm, it can be made from materials such as bearing steel or medium-carbon alloy steel and is manufactured using processes including turning, grinding, cold rolling, and cyclone milling. After undergoing heat treatments such as carburizing quenching and induction hardening, it achieves both excellent wear resistance and high load capacity. Through multi-process composite machining, it delivers an axial clearance of ≤0.02 mm, a transmission efficiency of ≥85%, and a precision level of ≥P5.
