Taking the National “Quality Month” as an opportunity—strengthening quality management and enhancing the Wanxiang brand.
2023-09-13

This September marks the 45th National “Quality Month.” All companies under Wanxiang Qianchao have actively responded by launching “Quality Month” activities one after another. Taking this “Quality Month” initiative as an opportunity, they aim to further enhance their quality management capabilities, consolidate Wanxiang’s quality in market competition, cultivate high-quality Wanxiang products, and elevate the Wanxiang brand.
Every year, Wanxiang Qianchao actively responds to the nation’s call and implements the instructions of the Group’s Board of Directors on quality management. It organizes all its companies to carry out a wide range of targeted “Quality Month” activities centered around development goals, continuously enhancing the quality awareness and management level of all employees and better serving the “9+N” market expansion. This year, Wanxiang Qianchao promptly formulated and implemented a detailed plan. Each company, based on Wanxiang Qianchao’s “Quality Month” activity plan and in light of its own specific circumstances, further refined its own activity plans. Before September 1, companies mobilized all employees to participate in the “Quality Month” activities through various forms such as mobilization meetings, kickoff meetings, and oath-taking ceremonies. They also displayed the theme and slogans of the “Quality Month” activities via promotional display windows, electronic screens, banners, and other means, creating a strong and vibrant atmosphere.
Next, each company will produce short videos documenting quality training, quality mentoring and knowledge sharing, early warnings for non-compliant operations, defect identification and alerts, and QC improvement initiatives. These videos will be used to enhance quality awareness education and promote standard-quality behaviors. The Wanxiang Qianchao Digital Intelligence Innovation Center will provide quality training for quality managers and key quality personnel from all companies, and will distribute training materials—including the Ten Quality Prohibitions, the “9+N” General Quality Guidelines, and typical quality case studies—to each company. Each company will complete comprehensive training for all employees in their departments, work teams, and production lines on schedule. By the end of August, a tiered review plan for critical processes will be fully implemented; by the end of September, process reviews of critical procedures will be completed, achieving the quality control goal of "zero defects." We will also launch excellence recognition activities and promote the selection of outstanding quality proposals. Employees will be encouraged to actively participate in identifying and proposing solutions to persistent quality challenges and pain points, and a management system for quality proposal activities will be established to ensure their continuous implementation as part of ongoing improvement efforts.
