Recently, Anhui Province released the list of the second batch of high-tech enterprises for 2025. Qianchao Intelligent Manufacturing (Wuhu) Co., Ltd. has officially been approved and successfully awarded the title of “National High-Tech Enterprise” thanks to its solid R&D and innovation capabilities.
Wuhu Qianchao Intelligent Manufacturing focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of constant-velocity drive shafts characterized by high performance, high reliability, and long service life. The company continuously tackles key processes and core technologies, earning numerous national invention patents and utility model patents. It has achieved end-to-end optimization across manufacturing, assembly, and testing, steadily improving both production efficiency and product quality. For example, its “Gear Ring Removal System and Method” successfully addressed industry challenges such as low efficiency and frequent damage to components during traditional gear ring removal. Additionally, its “Damper and Drive Shaft” significantly enhanced product NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) performance and long-term durability.

As a result, the company’s capacity utilization rate has remained consistently high at 93%.
