Wanxiang Qianchao Selected for Zhejiang Province's List of Artificial Intelligence Application Scenarios and Benchmark Enterprises

Recently, the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang Province released the list of AI application scenarios, benchmark enterprises for AI applications, AI service providers, and “Digital Intelligence Premium Products” for Zhejiang Province in 2025. Wanxiang Qianchao was included in both the list of AI application scenarios and the list of benchmark enterprises for AI applications.

This selection initiative aims to implement the State Council’s strategic deployment of the “Artificial Intelligence Plus” action plan, comprehensively promote AI-driven new industrialization, accelerate the advancement of innovative AI applications, and empower industries to undergo profound transformations.

The Wanxiang Qianchao Digital Intelligence Innovation Center, leveraging its already-deployed multi-business systems and accumulated OT and IT data, has developed an AI solution—combining "data integration + intelligent analysis + management closed loop"—starting with an indicator system, production data, and root-cause anomaly investigation, and using "business performance management" as a pilot scenario. This solution integrates multi-source data from ERP, MES, and other systems to establish a unified core business indicator system; it also introduces AI agents to create a closed-loop process encompassing "problem identification – root-cause analysis – countermeasure formulation – verification – prevention." Currently, the pilot indicator analysis scenarios have begun to show initial results:

The timeliness of performance data has been significantly improved, the time required for root cause analysis has been drastically reduced, and key issues are now precisely targeted at the critical departments and key individuals.

Establish a standardized management mechanism and implement closed-loop management through the PDCA principle, ensuring that every key task has a clear follow-up and every issue receives a timely response.

Following the “Seven Steps and Seven Determinations” requirements precisely, we guide each company in carrying out target improvement efforts through annual goal setting and breakdown, formulation of digital and intelligent engineering initiatives, establishment of standardized performance dialogue mechanisms, deviation analysis, and continuous improvement.

To accelerate AI-powered intelligent manufacturing, Wanxiang Qianchao has clearly defined the guiding principle of "AI-led, system synergy," formulated a "three-definite strategy," and simultaneously established a digital talent certification system to promote the transformation of traditional jobs into "AI-enhanced" roles.

Define organizational awareness: Implement tiered training—senior management focuses on case studies, middle management emphasizes implementation, and employees focus on hands-on practice.

Set clear goals and define a roadmap: Focus on the four-layer architecture of “Infrastructure—Model—Knowledge—Application,” with particular emphasis on the implementation of the Knowledge and Application layers.

Set standards to calculate value: Focus on business revenue as the core and prioritize implementing high-value use cases.

Focusing on high-value scenarios, Wanxiang Qianchao plans to deeply deploy 19 AI agents across the entire value chain—covering R&D, production, supply, sales, service, and management—and launch AI initiatives for all employees, thereby deepening the application of AI in digital and intelligent engineering.

From the "single-point breakthrough" of scenario pilots, to the "capability-building" of the talent system, and then to the "comprehensive implementation" across the entire value chain, Wanxiang Qianchao is steadily advancing the deep implementation of its digital and intelligent transformation, driven by AI and underpinned by data. Since 2025, the company has won numerous digital and intelligent awards: its "Equipment Predictive Maintenance Scenario" took the top honor in the Xiaoshan District AI Application Scenario Challenge; the "Equipment Operation Monitoring Data and Equipment Failure Dataset" was selected as a project under the Xiaoshan Challenge Initiative. The company also participated in the competition organized by the National Data Administration and won an Excellence Award in the provincial round. Furthermore, it was recognized as a national standard-compliant enterprise for data management in Zhejiang Province for 2025. Moving forward, the company will continue to deepen the integration of large models with business operations, ensuring that "AI Plus" becomes a sustained driving force for the company's high-quality growth.
