To further enhance the professional selection capabilities of HR and business managers, and to improve the accuracy and validity of interview assessments, Wanxiang Qianchao successfully held its "Gold Interviewer" special training on June 12–13. The training adopted a dual-mode approach combining offline and online participation, covering HR managers, business leaders, and key personnel from various subsidiaries, systematically enhancing interviewers' professional skills in candidate assessment, session control, and evaluation, thereby laying a solid foundation for precise talent selection.

The curriculum closely addressed pain points throughout the entire recruitment process, divided into two major modules: foundational and advanced. The first day focused on building core capabilities, analyzing recruitment strategies, common misconceptions, and hidden costs, while systematically introducing the STAR behavioral interview technique. Through hands-on practice with behavioral, motivational, and situational questioning, participants were guided to transition from experience-based intuition to scientific assessment, truly mastering the core methods for uncovering candidates' genuine capabilities. The second day progressed to advanced practical training, with a focus on complex scenarios such as panel interviews and video interviews, differentiated strategies for various candidate types, and tailored recruitment approaches for senior management roles and the characteristics of the new-generation workforce. The curriculum also systematically covered AI applications throughout the entire recruitment process to enhance digital efficiency, and addressed candidate potential assessment and retention during the probationary period, emphasizing continuous communication, mentorship programs, and goal-oriented implementation to complete the full chain from recruitment to integration.

Participants engaged enthusiastically in classroom discussions, refining their skills repeatedly through case studies and practical exercises. They came to deeply recognize that interviewers are not only gatekeepers of talent but also direct representatives of the employer brand.
