On June 27, Wanxiang Qianchao held the First Strategic Meeting of 2026. Centered on the company's strategy, mission, vision, and values, the meeting systematically reviewed the progress of the threeyear strategic objectives, conducted an indepth analysis of industry trends and the competitive landscape, explored new business models, and defined specific countermeasures.
Ni Pin, the Chairman of Wanxiang Qianchao, delivered a special report on the "Integrated Strategy." He called for closely aligning with the strategic goal of market capitalization management, firmly advancing integration, and tapping into synergies in exchange rates, interest rates, tax rates, and investment efficiency. He also urged breaking down information silos, establishing joint working mechanisms, and improving communication and collaboration efficiency. He emphasized five key priorities—lean optimization, synergy efficiency, revenue growth, M&A cooperation, and restructuring integration—to effectively reduce costs and improve performance. At the same time, he stressed focusing on highvalueadded products, forming dedicated teams, and accelerating the incubation of potential businesses.
Vice Chairman Pan Wenbiao underscored that the success of the strategy hinges on implementation. He called for seizing opportunities with highend customers and elevating management capabilities. On the manufacturing front, he urged comprehensive promotion of automation, informatization, and "onepiece flow" production. On the management side, he advocated streamlining administration and strengthening the internal audit system through customer audits. On the market front, he highlighted actively expanding new growth points in bearing and chassis businesses. He also called for building the Thailand plant to high standards, proactively positioning in the humanoid robot components sector, and driving performance growth through innovation. The meeting was chaired by President Chen Liao.
Attendees included all assistant general managers and above from each department of Wanxiang Qianchao; assistant general managers and above, as well as heads of HR, finance, marketing, and product innovation departments, from each subsidiary; and assistant general managers and above from each enterprise.
