Using competitions to promote learning and enhance comprehensive quality management. “Respect quality, shoulder responsibility, lead with innovation, and jointly boost efficiency,” “Promote quality transformation and innovation, and foster the development of quality brands”... Each company has formulated activity plans tailored to its own specific circumstances, using methods such as display windows, electronic screens, and banners to showcase promotional slogans and create a strong atmosphere. Wanxiang Qianchao conducted a knowledge competition in the form of QR-code-based quizzes, with the content focusing primarily on the essential knowledge and skills required for frontline quality operations. This allowed employees to reinforce their quality knowledge while answering questions, thereby boosting overall quality awareness across the organization. The company also organized activities such as quality inspection skill competitions, awards for outstanding quality proposals, and evaluations of advanced individuals in quality management. Wanxiang 123 likewise held an online quality knowledge competition, covering topics including quality management systems, quality tools and methods, and industry standards. Participants demonstrated solid foundations in quality knowledge during the competition, sparking a surge of enthusiasm for learning quality-related knowledge.

Specialized training sessions were conducted to enhance the professional competence of our team. In response to the "Strengthening Enterprises and Supply Chains" theme of building a country strong in quality, and to improve the consistency and stability of supply chain quality, Wanxiang Qianchao organized a Quality Training and Exchange Day event for key suppliers. Lecturers from the Wanxiang Qianchao Digital Intelligence Innovation Center, Qianchao Supply Chain, Constant Velocity Drive Shaft Factory, and Wanxiang Tongda delivered courses covering Wanxiang Qianchao’s General Quality Guidelines, the eight fundamental principles of manufacturing processes, supplier quality management requirements, and the use of the supply chain management platform. These efforts lay a solid foundation for further developing a supply chain that is independently controllable, safe, and reliable in terms of quality. Additionally, Wanxiang 123 invited industry experts to conduct a series of specialized training sessions on Six Sigma management, statistical process control, and other related topics. The experts explained advanced quality management concepts and methods in a clear and accessible manner, further enhancing employees’ professional quality expertise and strengthening the company’s quality management foundation.

For critical processes, we strictly enforce quality control. Wanxiang Qianchao has rigorously implemented quality inspection work for key processes, conducting review inspections on the hundreds of quality inspection points already identified by each company to ensure zero defects are allowed to flow out of special processes and critical operations. We have also carried out audits of special welding processes, summarized past quality lessons learned from welding procedures, and promoted these insights across the organization. Wanxiang 123 actively conducts Cc/Sc, Pc/Ps product improvement activities as well as specialized enhancement initiatives, and ensures that improvement action plans are effectively implemented. Each company has also organized retrospective reviews of classic cases, selecting typical examples from recent years in quality management for detailed analysis. By summarizing and promoting successful cases and reflecting on and improving from failed cases, employees have gained valuable lessons and insights, further enhancing their awareness of quality risk prevention and their ability to solve problems.
